RUNAKO REFUND POLICY
At Runako, we are committed to providing high-quality beauty and aesthetics services. If you are not satisfied with your experience, please review our refund policy below.
Special Considerations
• Refund requests outside these terms will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• Runako reserves the right to update this policy at any time.
Refund Processing Time
• Approved refunds for online purchases will be processed within 5-10 working days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The exact time for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider

REFUNDS ON SERVICES
• Due to the nature of beauty and aesthetics treatments, we do not offer refunds on completed services.
• If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment to discuss a possible correction.
• Corrections are offered at the discretion of Runako and must be booked within 7 days of the original appointment.
APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION AND RESCEHULDING
• Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to another appointment if rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
• Prepaid service packages are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person with written consent.
• Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the service fee.
• No-shows or cancellations made on the same day will be charged 100% of the service fee.
