TERMS & CONDITIONS
CONSULTATION FEE
A fee of £50.00 is required to secure your appointment for the consultation.
The fee is redeemable against any treatments you wish to choose.
New patients are required to have a consultation appointment.
A deposit is required for make-up services and will be redeemable against the service fee only up to 12 months from the day of the consultation, after that time we will request to pay another deposit/consultation fee.
Please note consultation fees are non-refundable under any conditions.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment start time will not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the appointment start time will be eligible to reschedule their appointment.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late arrivals.
LATE APPOINTMENT POLICY
Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled appointments.
If a client arrives late, the appointment may be shortened to accommodate the next scheduled client.
If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a cancellation fee may apply.
Clients are encouraged to call ahead if they anticipate being late. In some cases, we may be able to adjust the schedule to accommodate the delay.
Repeat instances of tardiness may result in additional fees or limitations on future appointments.
Exceptions may be made for unforeseen circumstances, but clients are encouraged to communicate any delays as soon as possible.
